Frankie Arthur has always been heavily involved and passionate about Real Estate and is highly regarded and widely recognized as an expert in the Dallas-Ft. Worth a luxury business. Whether he is working to sell a home, or accompany buyers, he and his staff have proudly built a reputation for their unrelenting work ethic, integrity, honesty, and thorough knowledge of the marketplace.
A Texas native, Frankie has always been one to make the most of his opportunities. Tenacious, enthusiastic, and never afraid of hard work, he graduated from Penn State University majoring in Organizational Leadership. His Real Estate success began when he earned his license in 1998 while serving the community as a Dallas Police Officer. After the 9/11 Attacks on America, he became a Federal Air Marshal and was able to travel across the globe. In 2010, Frankie decided to focus on Real Estate full-time by joining a multi-million-dollar New Home construction organization in Dallas-Ft. Worth, allowing him to gain in-depth knowledge of quality construction. By 2012, he had started the Frankie Arthur Team, and he consistently closes $90 million a year based on his individual sales alone.
Much of Frankie’s success can be attributed to his exceptionally high standards, values, ethics, and morals, along with unparalleled people skills and negotiation savvy. Frankie’s ability to listen and understand his client’s needs has allowed him to continuously achieve his client's goals and exceed expectations. He is a consistent top producer, ranking in the Top 1% of all 31,000+ DFW Realtors and in the Top 2% of all Coldwell Banker Realtors nationally. He has been certified in the following fields; CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), and the CRS (Certified Relocation Specialist) designations. Frankie has been recognized by D Magazine from 2012-2018. He is an active member of the community, serving on the Castle Hills Advisory Board, Las Colinas Advisory board, and Lantana Advisory Board. As busy as he is, Frankie makes it a point to give back and is involved in several charitable organizations, including Cloud 9 Charities, Friends 4 Heart, Secret Service Dallas Charities, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, DFW Lab Rescue, and numerous cancer-fighting charities.
Frankie and his team are enthusiastic about leading-edge technology and consistently maximize the exposure of his properties through social media, traditional marketing, and on more than 500 highly visible websites in 47 countries. Frankie’s clientele ranges from seasoned investors to first-time home buyers. Caring and always accessible, 98% of Frankie’s business comes from repeat clients or referrals from satisfied clients. He has positioned himself as the “go-to” agent for high-end, luxury services, and it’s all due to his tenacity, trustworthiness, experience, and heart.
Frankie lives in Flower Mound, Texas, and when time permits, he loves being outdoors, various sporting activities, and spending time with his family.
