    740 acres make up this community with 2,100 lots at completion. 120 acres are dedicated to open green space and 35 acres for commercial and retail space. The cascading lakes are both calming and fun for families. Fishing is an option for residents on an off day with the neighborhood’s catch and release policy. The lakeside amphitheater and event lawns hold community events throughout the year, like movie nights and local artists playing music. There are 2 1/2 miles of hiking and biking paths for residents to explore. Along the way are plenty of fields full of wildflowers, mature trees, playgrounds and streams.

    The 12 home plans starting prices vary depending on their size and options. But the beginning price without options range from the low $290s and go up to the low $350s. Currently, there are three quick move-in homes. 14941 Gentry Drive is plan 555 and is 2568 square feet and has 2 upgrades.
