Sarah is the contract to close coordinator for the Frankie Arthur Team and is the point of contact for all clients from contract to close. She takes great pride in helping clients navigate through the closing process by assisting with contracts, amendments, scheduling closings and more. Her ultimate goal is to create an enjoyable & hassle-free experience for clients when they are buying and selling homes in DFW with the Frankie Arthur Team.
Sarah grew up in the DFW area and has been working in the real estate industry since 2010. She started out running signs and lockboxes for a local real estate team during high school summers. While attending the University of Arkansas, she obtained her Arkansas Real Estate license and worked as the Marketing Director and Office Manager for one of the highest ranked teams in Northwest Arkansas.
Upon graduating at Arkansas, she came back to DFW and worked for a large commercial real estate company in their property management division. She soon realized that residential real estate was her true passion. Then came along the Frankie Arthur Team and she became a licensed Realtor and Frankie's contract to close coordinator. Sarah enjoys spending time with her daughter Haven, husband Terrill, friends and family. She loves staying active with sports and playing with her chocolate lab, Nike. Sarah and Terrill are expecting baby number two in September 2021 and Haven is looking forward to being a “big” sister.
